Ascension Estates is a residential real estate team operated by Cade Cashman (DRE #02222044) and Kurt Mellinger (DRE #02238998), licensed under Equity Union Real Estate, a California licensed brokerage. Our website is ascensionestates.com.

• Contact information: your name, phone number, and email address
• Property information: the address of the property you are inquiring about
• Seller details: your selling timeline, price expectations, and whether you are working with another agent

If you accept cookies, we also collect:

• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, button clicks, and form step completion via Google Analytics
• Session recordings: anonymized recordings of how you interact with the site via Microsoft Clarity, including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls. Clarity does not capture keystrokes in form fields.
• Advertising data: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel tracks page visits for advertising audience building. No personal form data is sent to Meta.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare and deliver your Equity and Exit Report
• Contact you about your report and related real estate services
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is stored in our CRM (FollowUp Boss) solely for the purpose of serving you.

If you decline cookies, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. The site functions fully without them.
