Closed sales by community

What homes sell for, community by community

A city median covers thousands of houses across miles of very different streets. These pages count only the sales that closed inside one community's mapped boundary.

Why there are 7 of these and not fifty

A community only gets a page when two things are both true: OpenStreetMap publishes a real boundary for it, and at least 12 homes have closed inside that boundary in the last 24 months.

Most named neighborhoods fail one or the other. Some have no mapped boundary at all. Others are small enough that a median would rest on four sales, which is a number that looks like information and is not. Those are left out rather than published thin.
