Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law gives you the right to tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information. This page is that switch. It works right away and you do not need an account.

What we share, and with whom

Google remarketing. Google Analytics and Google Ads load on most of our pages. They record the pages you view and what you click, along with cookie IDs and your IP address. Google uses this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site, on other sites and apps. When you send one of our forms, your browser may also give Google a scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of your email address or phone number, so Google can tell us which ad led to it.

The Meta pixel. It loads only if you tap Allow on our notice bar or turn it on in "Your privacy choices". It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which of our pages you view and when you send a form, so Meta can measure our ads and show them to people who visited us.

Microsoft Clarity. It also loads only after you tap Allow. It records how you move, click and scroll on our pages. Microsoft may use this data for its own purposes, including advertising, so it may count as a sale.

California law calls the Google and Meta parts sharing for cross context behavioral advertising. That is why this page exists.

Turn it off

Checking your current setting...

What the switch does

Meta and Clarity stop. From the next page you open, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity do not load, even if you tapped Allow before.

Google stops using your visits for ads. Google's ad cookies turn off right away. From the next page on, Google is told to use restricted data processing, with ad personalization and Google signals turned off. Under that setting Google acts as our service provider. It still counts visits and tells us when one of our ads led to a form, and it stops using your visits to personalize ads.

Google stops getting your scrambled email or phone. Our forms no longer give Google that copy when you send them.

What keeps running. Google Analytics still counts your visits, and it may still use its own analytics cookie on our site to do that. Cloudflare still counts page views, and Cloudflare says it uses no cookies for this. Our own site logs keep running, and they stay with us.

Once you opt out, the link at the bottom of this page reads "Opt-Out Request Honored". It opens "Your privacy choices", where "Opt me out of everything" also turns off Google's analytics cookie. Google then gets only cookie-free pings.

Other ways to opt out

A browser signal. If your browser or an extension sends Global Privacy Control, we honor it automatically and you do not need to do anything here. It does everything the switch does, and it also turns off Google's analytics cookie. We will tell you above if we can see that signal.

Ask us directly. Call 805-796-1793 or email [email protected] and we will do it for you. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Your records with us. The switch, "Your privacy choices" and the browser signal are saved in the browser you use. They do not reach your app account or the records we hold from your forms. To opt those out too, email us.

Your other California rights

You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Use the same phone number and email address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Full detail is in our privacy policy.
